Since the beginning of the PDF collective, we have taken into account our realities as women artists, technicians and administrators. We have been working on our capacity to adapt and to substitute, to integrate pregnancies, injuries, multiple projects, and unforeseen events into our existing as a company. This process is tiring and engaging, but it allows our collective to last over time. Each departure and arrival brings a new perspective and energy to the project, and enriches our group with a variety of singularities.
With the desire to create a circular collective organization, we are experimenting with tools for sharing tasks and responsibilities, relying on the different skills of each person, both in artistic creation and in the management of the company.
